Suspended Ogun monarch yet to meet bail conditions, remanded

Suspended Olorile of Orile Ifo, Oba Abdulsemiu Ogunjobi, was on Tuesday, remanded at the Ilaro Correctional Centre in Ogun State, until the perfection of his bail conditions.
“Yes, he is in our custody, which means he has been unable to meet the bail conditions granted by the court yesterday. However, as soon as he does, he will be released,” spokesperson for the facility, Yinka Odukoya, told The PUNCH on Wednesday.
The state police command arraigned Mr Ogunjobi for assaulting, cursing, threatening to kill or jail a 73-year-old man, Abraham Areola, as seen in a viral video.
