Easter: FRSC urges motorists in Kano to obey traffic rules

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Kano command, has urged motorists to strictly obey traffic rules to prevent road crashes and protect lives and property.
The state FRSC sector commander, Masa’udu Matazu, made the call in a statement by the command’s public education officer, Abdullahi Labaran, on Friday in Kano.
Mr Matazu said the command deployed personnel and patrol vehicles across highways and key routes to ensure smooth traffic operations and promote compliance with safety regulations.
“The public is urged to cooperate with FRSC officers and report violations or emergencies using the Corps’ toll-free emergency line: 122,” he said.
Mr Matazu also advised motorists to avoid phone use while driving, stop overloading vehicles, and always obey traffic rules and regulations.
