Woman begs court to recover household items in ex-husband’s house

A divorced woman, Oluwasobunmi Opeyemi, on Wednesday prayed an Upper Customary Court sitting in Daura Road, Kaduna State to assist her recover household items from her ex-husband, Adeyinka Ademola.
She presented fridge, freezer, two standing fans, two inverters, two gas cylinders, gifts from the store and two beds for children to the court as the list of items to be recovered.
Mr Ademola had earlier objected to giving her the inverters saying he bought them but later conceded to returning all items listed.
He said, “I don’t want to argue, I want us to do this in a respectful manner; she can take everything.”
The Judge, Patience Musa, ordered the immediate packing of the items with the supervision of court officials.
