U.S. investigators retrieve six additional classified documents during 13-hour search of Biden’s home

Federal investigators recovered another set of documents from President Joe Biden’s home in Delaware with at least six of the documents having classified markings.
The documents include files that date back to Mr Biden’s time as senator and vice president and were retrieved after a 13-hour search of the house, raising more questions about Mr Biden’s handling of national records.
Mr Biden’s attorney, Bob Bauer, said the search was necessary “in the interest of moving the process forward as expeditiously as possible.”
He added that the Justice Department had requested the search be kept from the news prior to its taking place, “in accordance with its standard procedures, and we agreed to cooperate.”
He gave no additional information regarding the type of documents stolen or the level of classification that was stamped on them.
