American President Donald Trump on Sunday got tongues wagging after posting an AI generated video showing the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents arresting and jailing former President Barack Obama.

Mr Trump shared a viral TikTok video titled “no one is above the law,” via his official Truth Social account, amid revelation on how Mr Obama “manufactured” documents to drive the narrative that Russia influenced the 2016 election won by Mr Trump.

The video opened with Mr Obama saying, “no one especially the president is above the law,” before showing some other prominent American politicians saying “no one is above the law.”

Then it transitioned to the AI generated video showing Mr Obama dressed in black suit and white shirt being pinned to the ground and handcuffed by FBI agents in the Oval Office, while Mr Trump grinned.

Another scene of the AI generated video showed Mr Obama in an orange prison jumpsuit sitting and later moving around in a prison cell.

Mr Trump’s circulation of the AI video followed Fox News exclusive report that “The Obama administration “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to create the narrative that Russia was attempting to influence the 2016 presidential election, despite information from the intelligence community stating otherwise.

It added, “on Friday,  Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified documents revealing “overwhelming evidence” that demonstrates how, after President Donald Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, then-President Barack Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for what would be the years-long Trump–Russia collusion probe.”
