Tribunal: Labour, INEC, APC agree to adjourn case to May 17

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has adjourned the Labour Party’s case against INEC, APC and others after all the parties reached an agreement for the postponement.
At the hearing on Wednesday, respondents moved for an adjournment of the matter to May 17 to enable all the parties to file and serve the necessary processes.
Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani, the presiding judge, therefore granted the applications and adjourned the hearing till later in the month.
Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi is challenging the declaration of APC’s Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February 25 polls by INEC.
