Tinubu mourns Senator Ayogu Eze

President Bola Tinubu has extended his condolences to the Eze family over the passing of Ayogu Eze.
The president’s condolences were conveyed in a statement on Thursday.
The politician represented Enugu North senatorial zone in the Senate from 2007 to 2015.
The statement said during Mr Eze’s time in the Senate, he held several positions, including chairman of the Committee on Information and Media and chairman of the Committee on Works.
The president also commiserated with the deceased’s friends, associates, and former colleagues, including the National Assembly as an institution.
Mr Tinubu prayed to God to grant the soul of the departed repose and comfort to those in mourning.
