Small businesses advised to use ‘strategic’ innovation in operations

Olamidun Ogundoyin, Sooyah Bistro CEO, says businesses must embrace strategic innovation to ensure sustainable economic growth.
Ms Ogundoyin said this on Saturday in Lagos.
According to her, the current economic challenges demand strategic innovation, collaboration, and focus on customer retention through improved service delivery to thrive.
Ms Ogundoyin emphasised that many businesses face current economic challenges, including limited access to funds, high interest rates, and naira depreciation.
She, however, said many businesses still thrived by establishing solid connections through community engagement and leveraging their network to boost patronage of products and services.
