Seven ships with petroleum products expected at Lagos port: NPA

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on Tuesday said that out of the 25 ships expected at the Lagos Port Complex, seven were carrying petroleum products.
It listed the petroleum products as butane gas, petrol and automobile gasoline.
It said that the remaining 18 ships expected at the port were carrying bulk salt, general cargo, containers, boat, bulk sugar, bulk gypsum, sulphur, wheat bran and frozen fish.
The ships were expected to arrive at the Lagos Port Complex from February 14 to February 25.
The authority reports that a ship is waiting to berth at the port with petrol.
Also, NPA said that 18 other ships had arrived at the port and were discharging bulk wheat, general cargo, containers, soya bean meal, bulk sugar, bulk fertiliser, trucks, frozen fish, petrol and bulk urea.
