Sanwo-Olu reappoints Akosile as chief press secretary

Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos state, on Monday, reappointed Gboyega Akosile as his chief press secretary (CPS).
The head of service, Hakeem Muri-Okunola, in a statement, said that the appointment took immediate effect.
Mr Muri-Okunola said that before the reappointment, Mr Akosile had served as the CPS to Gov. Sanwo-Olu during his first term.
He said that the CPS was also the media adviser to the Governor since the inception of the second term of Mr Sanwo-Olu’s administration on May 29, 2023.
