Rapper DDG, Halle Bailey split

Rapper and YouTube sensation Daryl Dwayne Granberry, aka DDG, confirmed his split from singer and actress Halle Bailey less than a year after the couple welcomed their first child together.
“Dear friends and supporters,” DDG posted on Instagram. “After much reflection and heartfelt conversations, Halle and I have decided to go our separate ways.”
The rapper added, “I cherish the time we’ve spent together and the love we’ve shared. Despite the changes in our relationship, our love for each other remains deep and true.”
He, however, claimed that they “are still best friends and adore each other.”
The couple, who had often shared glimpses of their love story on social media, have been a fan favourite since they first began dating.
Halle Bailey, best known for her starring role as Ariel in Disney’s ‘The Little Mermaid’, has yet to comment on the breakup publicly.
