A Benue state resident, Victor Memga, was on Monday docked in an Upper Area Court in Makurdi for wearing a military T-shirt.
The Prosecution Counsel, Veronica Shaagee, told the court that the case was transferred from the Headquarters of Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS), Makurdi, to the State Criminal Investigation Department, on May 5.
