At least 104 people, including children, have been killed and scores are missing after a deadly flash flood ravaged Texas, U.S.

As of Monday evening, at least 104 people had been killed in the catastrophic deluge, the New York Times reported, citing authorities.

It added that the majority, 84, were in Kerr County, a part of the Texas Hill Country northwest of San Antonio.

Although the chances of finding survivors are thinning out, the search is still ongoing across areas affected by the floods.

Over 800 people have been evacuated from the area affected by the flood caused by torrential rains since Friday.

In a post on Truth Social on Sunday, President Donald Trump announced measures his administration is putting in place to support Texas flood victims.
