Onigbongbo LCDA holds public hearing on amendments to seven bye-laws

The Legislative Arm of the Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area, Ikeja, Lagos State, has announced readiness to organise a public hearing on amendments to seven bye-laws in the council.
The legislative arm disclosed this in a release jointly signed on Wednesday in Lagos by the Majority Leader of the LCDA Legislative Arm, Kayode Opayemi (JP) and the Council Clerk, Toyin Oduyemi.
The legislative arm stated that the public hearing on the review of seven bye-laws would hold on May 16 at 11.00 a.m., at the council secretariat situated on 2/4 Community Road, Off Allen Avenue, Ikeja.
The council said that the review included “Rate and charge permits (as amended) bye-law (2020); “Merriment and Entertainment (as amended) bye-law (2020) and “Food stuff and regulated premises bye-law as amended (2020).
The council legislator said that others were “Street naming bye-law (2020), “Road usage and other connected purposes bye-law (2020), “Environment Sanitation bye-law (2020), and “Vehicle Sales Space bye-law (2020)”.
The legislative arm, therefore, called on various stakeholders and concerned residents to make themselves available for their inputs and contributions toward the growth and development of the council.
