ONICCIMA congratulates Soludo on re-election as Anambra governor

The Onitsha Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (ONICCIMA) has congratulated Governor Chukwuma Soludo on his victory in Saturday’s governorship election in Anambra State.
This is contained in a statement on Sunday by its President, Chinedu Nwonu, who described Mr Soludo’s re-election as a resounding victory.
Mr Nwonu noted that the victory reflected the overwhelming support and confidence the people of Anambra have in Soludo’s leadership.
According to him, the substantial margin of victory underscores the widespread acceptance and trust he commands throughout the state.
The chamber also commended other contestants for mounting robust campaigns that enriched the political discourse and contributed valuable ideas for advancing the state’s development.
Mr Nwonu said, “With the election now concluded, we urge all parties to sheathe their swords as we anticipate a conciliatory handshake from the governor to his opponents. This will foster unity among all stakeholders in pursuit of the shared objective of propelling Anambra forward.’’
He reaffirmed the chamber’s readiness to continue partnering with the government to promote industrial growth, entrepreneurship, and sustainable economic development in the state.
