Okomu Oil declares ₦30 interim dividend

Okomu Oil Palm Company has proposed a dividend of ₦30 per 50 kobo ordinary share as an interim dividend for the period ended June 30, 2025.
This is revealed in a corporate disclosure filed with the Nigerian Exchange Ltd. on Thursday.
The statement disclosed that an interim dividend of ₦30 per 50 kobo ordinary share, subject to withholding tax, will be paid to qualified shareholders.
Shareholders must appear in the register of members as at the close of business on August 8, 2025, to receive the dividend. The register of shareholders will be closed from August 11 to 15.
On August 22, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders who completed e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar.
Okomu Oil Palm also reported ₦129.8 billion in revenue for H1 2025, up from ₦75 billion recorded in the same period in 2024.
Profit after tax from continuing operations rose to ₦47.54 billion, up from ₦20.2 billion in the previous year.
Basic earnings per share increased to ₦49.83, compared to ₦21.17 in the corresponding period of 2024.
