Ogun gets new FRSC sector commander

Corp’s commander, Anthony Uga, has assumed duty as the new sector commander, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Ogun.
Mr Uga, in an interview in Abeokuta on Tuesday, expressed delight at being in the state.
The sector commander explained that the FRSC would continue to have a robust relationship with motorists and major stakeholders in the state in order to ensure an accident-free society.
He promised that he would ensure operatives of the command in the state work within the ambit of the law establishing the corps.
“FRSC will continue to have a robust engagement with the people of the state and major stakeholders.
“In the discharge of our responsibilities, we will continue to always be friendly, fair and firm,” he said.
Mr Uga urged motorists to drive carefully to stay alive, maintain maximum speed limit, give way to pedestrians to cross, and give consideration to other road users.
