NSCDC commends Jigawa for donating operational motorcycles to command

The Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in Jigawa State, Bala Bodinga, has commended the state government for donating three operational motorcycles to the command.
Mr Bodinga gave the commendation in a statement issued by the command’s spokesman, Badruddeen Tijjani, in Dutse, on Tuesday.
According to him, the commandant received the motorcycles when he paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary to the State Government, Bala Ibrahim, at his office in Dutse.
“During the visit, Commandant Bodinga took delivery of three brand-new motorcycles. This donation is part of the state government’s ongoing commitment to strengthening security infrastructure and enhancing the operational effectiveness of security agencies across the state,” he said.
Mr Bodinga, who expressed appreciation for the donation, noted that the motorcycles would significantly boost the corps’ mobility and response capabilities, especially in remote and hard-to-reach areas.
He reaffirmed the NSCDC’s dedication to collaborating with the state government to ensure the safety and security of lives and property in the state.
The SSG, in his response, reiterated the government’s commitment to support security agencies with the necessary tools and resources for optimal performance.
