NSCDC commandant commiserates with Ondo over SSG’s death

Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Ondo State Command, Oluyemi Ibiloye, has commiserated with the Ondo State Government over the death of Tayo Oluwatuyi, Secretary to the State Government.
Mr Ibiloye also commiserated with the family of the late Oluwatuyi, and the people of the state.
The state commandant made this known in a statement on Sunday in Akure.
He said, “Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi was visibly a people’s person, accommodating, fatherly, and concerned about the security and well-being of the state. Our working relation was short, but it was full of quality discharge of service towards the developments of Ondo State. I pray for the repose of his soul, and may the almighty grant his immediate family the requisite fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.’’
The SSG, who was hospitalised after a car accident while travelling to Ibadan on Sunday, December 15, 2024, died on Saturday, January 4.
The late SSG was a former chairman of Akure South Local Government, a former commissioner and served twice as SSG.
