Niger governor congratulates Buhari on 82nd birthday

Governor Mohammed Umaru-Bago has congratulated former President Muhammadu Buhari on the occasion of his 82nd birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued by his chief press secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, in Minna on Monday, the governor extolled the former president’s virtue, describing him as a selfless and patriotic personality.
He acknowledged Mr Buhari’s commitment, diligence and contributions to nation-building during his active service as a military head of state and elected president.
According to him, the former president has consistently proven to be a true statesman through his unwavering dedication to public service.
Mr Umaru-Bago said Mr Buhari’s integrity and moral values were inspiring to the younger generation.
