NCoS decorates 77 promoted officers in Katsina

On Thursday, the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), Katsina command decorated 77 senior and middle cadre officers recently promoted.
NCoS controller in Katsina, Muhammad Abdulmumin-Haruna, attributed the elevation of the officers to their dedication and hard work.
The controller commended the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo and the controller general of NCoS, Halliru Nababa, for approving the promotions.
Mr Abdulmumin-Haruna said, “As the adage goes, ‘to whom much is given, much is expected. Your promotion was a welfare package to spur you to do more.”
In his remarks, retired ACG Sanusi Ma’azu-Danmusa urged the officers to maintain the greatest standards of professionalism, integrity, and national service.
Responding on behalf of the decorated officers, CSC Abdulrasheed Usman commended the controller general of NCoS for finding them worthy of promotion.
He assured that the officers were willing and ready to pursue all the tasks within the purview of the service mandates.
