Nationwide Protests: Minister urges Nigerians to support Tinubu to tame challenges

The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has called on Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu in his efforts to fix current challenges in the country.
The minister, who made the plea in a statement on Sunday in Abuja, said Mr Tinubu has demonstrated unparalleled boldness and tenacity in confronting and addressing the longstanding issues that plagued the nation.
Mr Tunji-Ojo added that the president’s unwavering commitment to overcoming these challenges was evident in every action he took.
“President Tinubu is quite aware of the current plights of Nigerians and is working tirelessly and meticulously to resolve them.
“In these times of both challenge and opportunity, it is imperative that we, the people of Nigeria, come together with renewed vigour and unwavering support for his administration.
“Our nation’s journey has never been easy, but it is through our collective resilience and patriotism that we have made significant strides,” he stated.
The minister, therefore, called on Nigerians to stand united, embracing a strong sense of patriotism and national pride.
He said the support of the citizens and commitment were crucial as the president leads the country through this transformative period.
Mr Tunji-Ojo added that Mr Tinubu was not just a leader” but a symbol of our collective aspirations for a prosperous and equitable Nigeria. Therefore, we should rally behind the president’s vision for our country.”
The minister said the current administration was committed to profer solutions that uplift every citizen.
“As we embark on this journey, let us remember that the strength of our nation lies in our unity and our unwavering belief in a brighter future.
“President Tinubu is leading us with courage and determination, and with our support, there is no challenge we cannot surmount,” Mr Tunji-Ojo added.
