Moniebook engages merchants to improve business management services

Moniebook, a business management platform under Moniepoint Group, has engaged merchants to obtain feedback on its services and identify areas requiring improvement.
Kolawole Osinowo, head of business management tools at Moniebook, said this at the platform’s merchant engagement in Lagos on Friday.
Mr Osinowo said the gathering was the platform’s first major merchant engagement since its launch in 2025.
He said the meeting provided an opportunity to understand the challenges merchants faced in managing their businesses and identify ways to address them.
He said feedback from the participants would inform future product development and service improvements.
Mr Osinowo said the platform was developed to support businesses in managing their daily operations.
He said the engagement would also enable merchants to share their experiences, raise concerns and interact with the platform’s management team.
Mr Osinowo added that the company planned to sustain engagements with merchants to better understand their changing business needs.
The event also brought former Orda Africa merchants into contact with Moniebook’s services and other offerings within the Moniepoint Group.
This followed the group’s acquisition of Orda Africa earlier in 2026.
Participants were introduced to services across the group, including Monnify’s payment infrastructure, business loans and savings products.
The gathering attracted business owners from the food and hospitality, retail, logistics, professional services and healthcare sectors.
They included representatives of Eat n Go, the franchise group behind Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry Gourmet Frozen Yoghurt, as well as Fruity Life, a food and beverage brand.
The merchants also participated in demonstrations of Moniebook’s features and interacted with the company’s leadership during an open-floor session.
Moniebook said feedback from the engagement would help guide improvements to its business management services.
