Ministerial List: Tinubu sends Oyetola, Bagudu, Lalong, 16 other names to Senate

Most notable of them are former governors Adegboyega Oyetola (Osun), Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi), Simon Lalong (Plateau) and Bello Matawalle (Zamfara).

President Bola Tinubu, on Wednesday afternoon, has submitted to the Senate a 19-person list of the second batch of ministerial nominees he intends to appoint into the Federal Executive Council.

Most notable of them are former governors Adegboyega Oyetola (Osun), Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi), Simon Lalong (Plateau) and Bello Matawalle (Zamfara).

The Senate concluded the screening exercise for the previously submitted first batch of 28 nominees today and will now reconvene on Friday August 4, 2023 to begin screening of the new names submitted by the President.
