The committee said the meeting would hold at the APC secretariat on Wednesday in Ikeja.
According to the committee, those invited to the meeting are Tajudeen Oluyole Olusi, chairman of the state Governance Advisory Council (GAC) and the three serving senators in the state.
It added that the meeting would also be attended by the party chairmen in the 20 local governments and 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs), APC serving members of the House of Representatives and APC members of the State House of Assembly.
Also to attend the meeting, according to the committee, are the APC apex leaders in the 57 LGs/LCDAs, all the chairmanship aspirants that have been cleared by the screening committee to contest the primaries, all out-going council chairmen.
It said that members of the state executive council of the party would also attend the meeting.
