Katsina United FC invites 41 players for screening

The Katsina State United Football Club has invited 41 indigenous players for screening into the club ahead of the upcoming 2025/2026 NPFL season.
The Permanent Secretary, Katsina State Ministry of Sports and Youths Development, Muhammad Rabiu announced this in a statement on Friday in Katsina.
He said that the screening which commenced on Thursday, at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, Katsina will last for one week.
He said, “About 41 players were invited for screening with the aim of selecting and registering the best among them. Some of the outstanding players will be placed in different categories of the club, ranging from U-23, and U-20 teams, respectively. The players are advised to fully concentrate, be disciplined, and be dedicated throughout the period of the exercise.’’
