Kamala Harris calls emergency press conference to label Donald Trump as Adolf Hilter 13 days to presidential election

U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris has taken a swipe at Donald Trump, labelling the former president ‘Adolf Hitler’ with less than two weeks left before the American presidential election.
Ms Harris, the Democratic nominee, attacked Mr Trump after his former White House chief of staff, John Kelly, recounted comments about the Nazi leader while he was president.
“It’s deeply troubling and incredibly dangerous to invoke Adolf Hitler, the man who is responsible for the deaths of six million Jews and hundreds of thousands of Americans.
“All of these are further evidence for the American people of who Donald Trump is. This is a window into who Donald Trump really is from the people who know him best and worked with him side by side.
“It is clear from John Kelly’s words that Donald Trump is someone who I called into the definition of a fascist who would be a dictator from day one and would use the military as his personal militia to carry out his personal and political vendettas.”
“Yesterday, we learned that Donald Trump’s former Chief of Staff, John Kelly, a retired four-star general, confirmed that while Donald Trump was president, he said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler.
“Donald Trump said that because he does not want a military that is loyal to the United States Constitution; he wants a military that is loyal to him,” she said at a briefing at her residence in Washington D.C. on Wednesday.
Ms Harris and Mr Trump are already neck-and-neck in the race to the White House, even as Americans are accusing the vice president of being desperate to clinch the number one seat.
The U.S. Vice President has been accusing Mr Trump of being ‘increasingly unhinged and unstable.’
