Guinean anti-graft boss arrested as sex videos with over 400 married women, celebrities leak online

Director General of the National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF) of Equatorial Guinea, Baltasar Ebang, has been arrested after authorities discovered over 400 sex videos of him with different women.
The country’s attorney-general, Anatolio Nguema, has launched an investigation into the matter as it concerns public health.
Erotic videos featuring Mr Ebang have been making the rounds on the internet for days now.
While It was unclear how far back the videos have been online, the videos appeared to have first surfaced online on November 2.
Mr Ebang, in the videos, was seen having unprotected sex with several women, including those married to powerful and well-known people in the country.
He was said to have also recorded the erotic scenes with the consent of the women to shield himself from a possible crime of violation of integrity.
Until his arrest over the weekend, Mr Ebang was the director-general of the National Financial Investigation Agency.
Equatorial Guinea’s Vice President, Teodoro Nguema, in a post on X, said that sexual relations are strictly prohibited in administrative workplaces.
“Given the abuse that has been shown on social media in Equatorial Guinea in recent days, and remembering that ministries are solely and exclusively for carrying out administrative work in support of the country’s development, sexual relations in offices are prohibited.
“Control mechanisms are already in place, and anyone who violates this rule again will be subject to disciplinary proceedings for indecent conduct and will be dismissed from their job.”
