Governor Idris appoints 22 additional aides

Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi has approved the appointment of seven new Special Advisers (SAs) and 15 Senior Special Assistants (SSAs).
Yahaya Sarki, the special adviser to the state governor on media and publicity, announced this in a statement in Birnin Kebbi on Saturday.
Mr Sarki quoted the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Yakubu Tafida, as saying that the governor approved the appointment of the 22 aides.
The SSG listed the seven SAs to include Garba Anaruwa-Suru, Faruku Kuru, Muktar Abubakar, Umar Ladan-Master, SA Sports; Samuel Audu-Dabai, SA Christian Affairs; Usman Idris-Agono and Sani Haliru-Sonny.
While the 15 SSAs are AbdulRahman Haliru, Abdullahi Haruna-Fana, Sanusi Garba-Suru, Nura Abdullahi Usman, Halima Abdullahi-Haruna, Musa Abubakar-Muburya, Lawal Bala, Safiyanu Adamu and Bala Abdullahi-Paris.
Others, according to the release, are Ahmed G., Tukur Umar, Usman Abacha, Umar Maishayi, Abdullahi Tunga and Zaidu Bala.
While congratulating the appointees, the SSG charged them to be diligent and urged them to discharge their duties with a high sense of dignity towards taking Kebbi to greater heights.
