Gov Idris spent N266.9 million on 100 Kebbi students in India: Commissioner

Higher education commissioner Isah Abubakar-Tunga announced this while briefing journalists in Birnin Kebbi on Friday.

Governor Nasir Idris has released N266.9 million for the tuition fee payment for 100 Kebbi students studying in various universities in India.

Higher education commissioner Isah Abubakar-Tunga announced this while briefing journalists in Birnin Kebbi on Friday.

Mr Abubakar-Tunga lauded the governor for the gesture that showed the administration’s commitment to education.

He urged beneficiaries to reciprocate by being more committed to their studies.
