The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) says it will partner with the Jigawa government to boost revenue generation.

The FRSC sector commander, Umar Matazu, said this on Tuesday during a courtesy visit to the secretary to the state government, Bala Ibrahim.

He said such a partnership was imperative for enhancing tax administration to the mutual benefit of the state and the corps.

Mr Matazu, therefore, sought the support of the government to enable the corps to achieve its mandate, adding that Jigawa is a peaceful state.

Responding, Mr Ibrahim pledged continued support to the corps to enable it to discharge its responsibilities effectively.
