Elon Musk endorses Trump after assassination attempt at Pennsylvania campaign

Tech billionaire Elon Musk declared his support for former U.S. President Donald Trump shortly after the Republican presidential candidate was shot at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
“I fully endorse President Trump,” Mr Musk tweeted on Saturday, “and hope for his rapid recovery.”
Mr Musk also posted a video of Mr Trump being rushed off the stage after the shooting, alongside his statement of support for the former president.
During Mr Trump’s campaign event in Pennsylvania on Saturday, loud bangs caused panic at the venue, prompting Secret Service agents to swiftly move Mr Trump off the stage.
Footages of Mr Trump with his face and left ear stained with blood have gone viral since Saturday’s incident.
