Ekiti Queens FC suspends manager over alleged “unethical behaviour”

The management of Ekiti Queens Football Club of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, has suspended the team’s manager, Moji Adekanye, over alleged “unethical behaviour”.
The Technical Advisor to the state Governor on Sports Development, Olusola Osetoba, made the disclosure in a statement to journalists in Ado-Ekiti on Saturday
Ms Osetoba said that the suspension was with immediate effect, adding that a disciplinary committee had been constituted to investigate the unspecified matter.
“Members of the committee include Messrs Oluwole Oloworemo as chairman and Clement Abogunde, as secretary. Messrs Kola Owoseni, and Mayowa Ogundele would serve as members,” the statement read.
She said that the club remained committed to integrity, professionalism, and sportsmanship.
Ms Osetoba said, “The club will not tolerate any form of indiscipline from its technical crew.’’
