Eid-el-Kabir: We’re working to ensure adequate fuel supply, says IPMAN

Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) says it is not unmindful of the current challenges facing the supply and distribution of petroleum products across the country.
IPMAN’s president, Chinedu Okoronkwo, in a goodwill message to felicitate the Muslim faithful on the Eid-el-Kabir celebration on Saturday, said the marketers were working with the Federal Government and other relevant agencies to ensure that the situation was resolved soon.
Meanwhile, Mr Okoronkwo said the Eid-el-Kabir was a time for Muslims all over the world to reflect on sacrificing for the benefit of humanity.
“On behalf of the National Executive of IPMAN and its Board of Trustees, I want to felicitate with our Muslim brothers and sisters as they mark Eid-el-Kabir.
“This celebration is very significant because it teaches us the importance of making sacrifices as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim.
“It reinforces the spirit of tolerance and total submission to the will of Allah among others and Nigerian leaders and citizens should learn to follow these virtues.”
He urged the Muslim faithful to continue to pray for the unity and peaceful coexistence of the country ahead of the 2023 general elections.
