EFCC nabs seven suspected internet fraudsters in Yenagoa

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested seven suspected internet fraudsters at an apartment in Yenagoa, Bayelsa.
Its spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, said this in a statement on Monday in Abuja.
“They were arrested on Feb. 13, following actionable intelligence received by the commission regarding their suspicious activities.
“Specifically, the seven suspects were arrested at their hideout in Dowoo Road by Ox-Bow Lake, Yenagoa, Bayelsa.
“Items recovered from them are laptops and phones.
“They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded,” he said.
