Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Tems, Fireboy make NAACP Image Awards list

Top Nigerian A-list music stars dominate the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) award list in the “Outstanding International Song” category.
Davido’s ‘Stand strong’ ft Sunday Service Choir, ‘Diana’ by Fireboy DML, Shenseea and Chris Brown, ‘No woman No Cry’ by Tems, ‘Bad to Me’ by Wizkid, and ‘Last Last’ by Burna Boy, have all been nominated by NAACP in the ‘Outstanding International Song’ category.
Tems received three outstanding nominations in total.
The others are ‘Outstanding Duo, Group or Collaboration’ category and ‘Outstanding Hip Hop/Rap Song’ category for her collaborative roles in Beyonce’s ‘Move’ and Future’s ‘Wait for U’.
Burna Boy’s album “Love, Damini” was also nominated in the ‘Outstanding Male Artiste’ category.
The likes of Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Future, and many more international artists were also nominated for various categories.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony on February 25, at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Los Angeles.
