Benue govt distributes relief materials to Otukpo community

The Benue government has distributed relief materials to IDPs at Otobi-Akpa in Otukpo LGA. Suspected bandits had attacked the community, killing and destroying properties worth millions of naira.

A statement on Thursday, signed by the government, announced this.

The items distributed include100 bags of rice, 100 bags of beans, 50 bags of garri, 100 cartons of noodles, and 10 gallons of red oil.

The items were intended to cushion the immediate impact of displacement on affected households.
