Adamawa governor inaugurates remodelled Taraba assembly complex

Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri, on Wednesday inaugurated the remodelled Taraba State House of Assembly Complex in Jalingo.
Inaugurating the complex, Mr Fintiri eulogised Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba for making development of Taraba a culture.
He said that the provision of a good working environment for the legislature was a step in the right direction.
He thanked Mr Kefas for bestowing on him the opportunity to inaugurate the remodelled edifice for the state legislature.
Mr Fintiri also recalled that Taraba and Adamawa had a common socio-cultural bond that could only be differentiated by the political demarcation.
Earlier, Speaker of the Taraba State House of Assembly, Kizito Bonzena, commended Mr Kefas for the renovation of the assembly complex.
Mr Bonzena noted that the invitation of the Adamawa State governor to inaugurate the project was a sign of unity and love among the two states.
He expressed the determination of the assembly to support the governor in all his missions to bring development to the state.
The speaker, who said that the governor had done so much to warrant absolute support from the house, told the governor that the people were still passing through a lot due to the current economic situation in the country.
