44 crime suspects nabbed in Lagos Island

On Thursday, the Lagos State Environmental Task Force team nabbed 44 suspected criminals in Lagos Island.
In a statement on Thursday, the commissioner for environment and water resources, Tokunbo Wahab, said the agency carried out the operation to rid Lagos of criminals.
The operation was conducted in Falomo Bridge, Oyin Jolayemi, Eko Hotel Roundabout, Ligali Ayorinde, Oniru Beach and 1004.
Mr Wahab said the suspects would be prosecuted.
