Zamfara: Life has become valueless under ‘incompetent’ Buhari, says Moghalu

Kingsley Moghalu, former presidential candidate of Young Progressive Party in 2019, says recent killing of over 200 citizens across communities in Zamfara State shows how valueless life has become in Nigerian under President Muhammadu Buhari regime.
“My heart goes out to the families of the over 200 persons killed by terrorists in #Zamfara. This and other tragedies say how valueless life has become in Nigeria,” Mr Moghalu said.
Mr Moghalu, who his warming up to content for presidency in 2023, made this statement via his official Twitter handle on Sunday.
“When will this end? Mr Moghalu asked, adding that “When we elect a competent government that can secure our lives, the first duty of government.”
Peoples Gazette on Saturday reported how bandits killed over 200 citizens across communities in Zamfara State earlier in the week.
Mr Buhari, who has always claimed his regime has made progress with tackling insecurity, on Saturday asked the victims of the Zamfara attacks to exercise “patience.”
“I appeal for patience from the affected communities,” Mr Buhari said, “even as I extend our deepest condolences to the survivors and the families of those killed.”
