Truck collides with train in Lagos

On Monday, a truck loaded with animal feeds collided with a train at Jonathan Coker Railway Level Crossing in the Fagba area of Iju Ishaga.
Peoples Gazette gathered that the crash occurred when the truck rammed into the train.
A video on social showed people talking about the crash as some of them blamed the truck driver.
The Gazette gathered that the train was evacuated at 10:00 am while the truck was still on the rail track.
No death was recorded as of the time of filing this report, but a tricycle was crushed. The driver survived.
Last September, one person was killed and others seriously injured as a train collided with a vehicle at Oshodi.
In November 2017, four persons were killed as a train collided with a truck at the Ifako Ijaiye area of Lagos as it attempted to make a U-turn on the railway track.
On September 14, 2020, two persons were killed as a train crushed their vehicle stuck on rail tracks.
Also, on April 30, 2019, four persons were killed after a train crushed a tricycle at Toyin in Iju Ishaga.
