Good Friday is Christendom’s holy day commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus and his death observed during ‘Holy Week’.
Mr Ndukuba urged Nigerians, especially Christians, to love one another just as Christ loved them and gave himself for their sake.
“In the marketplace, you are also the president. This is because the president cannot do everything and be everywhere,” said NCPC.
Ms Ajani said the public holidays were to mark the celebrations of Good Friday and Easter Monday, respectively.
“Our leaders must embrace the principles of servant leadership, placing the welfare of the people above personal or political interests,” the CAN president said.
Mr Ayinla said leaders of traditional religion worshippers in Yorubaland agreed to confer the title on the politician.

The Catholic clerics said “the experience of the Nigerian Christians today can be summed up as that of a Church under Islamist extermination”.
“The recent killing spree in Bokkos is worrisome. We fear that the way things are going, if not well-managed, it can lead to anarchy,” JNI said.
