Netflix buys Kanye West’s documentary

American rapper Kanye West has sold his documentary of over 21 years to Netflix.
He sold the yet-untitled documentary that has been in the making for over two decades to Netflix for an unknown amount.
The documentary entails an in-depth coverage of Kanye’s life.
The documentary covers the death of his mother, Donda, in 2017 and his unsuccessful US presidential ambition in 2020.
Clarence Simmons and Chike Ozah shot the documentary.
Although Keeping up with the Kardashians will feature details of his divorce from Kim Kardashian, it is unknown if the divorce will also be part of the documentary.
As the past two decades have been more than eventful for Kanye, the documentary may be one of its kind, from his outstanding impact on American music.
That could be traced to 2001. It includes the sudden centralisation of Kanye’s Christian faith in his works, his marriage and divorce, his presidential bid in 2020, and his struggle with bipolar disorder.
Billboard reports the documentary will be released this year.
According to Billboard, the documentary will be released this year.
