Kwara community leader abducted: Police

The police command in Kwara has confirmed the kidnap of the community leader, the Mogaji of Erubu, Zubair Folorunsho, on Friday.
This is contained in a statement by Ajayi Okasanmi, the command’s spokesman in Kwara.
The police said the community leader was abducted at Afon in Asa local government area.
The statement added that the commissioner of police, Tuesday Assayomo, has ordered a discreet investigation that would lead to the rescue of Mr Folorunsho and the arrest of the kidnappers.
