Kafanchan imam, who had 26 children, 290 grandchildren, dead

Leaving 26 children, 290 grandchildren and more than 200 great-grandchildren behind, the Chief Imam of Kafanchan Central Mosque, Sheikh Adam Tahir, has died.
He was 130 years.
Deputy Chief Imam of Kafanchan, Muhammad Kassim, said Mr Adam died on Wednesday evening after an illness.
Mr Kassim also disclosed that the Muslim faithful would miss the late imam as he was a role model.
In a condolence message, the Emir of Jema’a, Muhammad Isa Muhammad II, described the imam’s death as a huge loss to the emirate and southern parts of Kaduna.
