Man Utd Mason Greenwood released on bail

Manchester United and England striker Mason Greenwood has been released on bail today after his arrest for raping, assaulting and threatening to kill a young woman.
The Greater Manchester Police disclosed this on Wednesday.
Greenwood was detained after pictures and videos of the woman surfaced online, accusing him of rape.
Apart from rape, the Man United striker was charged with sexual assault and death threat.
“A 20-year old man arrested on Sunday, January 30, 2022, on suspicion of the rape and assault of a woman has been released on bail pending further investigation,” announced a statement by the police.
