House of Representatives: Ondo lawmaker Adedayo Omolafe dead

A member of the House of Representatives, Adedayo Omolafe, the lawmaker representing Akure South and North constituency, has died.
He died at the Federal Medical Centre, Owo, on Monday morning.
A former local government chairman of Akure South, Mr Omolafe, was rushed to the hospital after being ill.
He died about 2:00 a.m. Monday.
Mr Omolafe was elected into the National Assembly in 2019 to represent Akure South and North federal constituency on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.
