Gov. Uzodinma sends 17 commissioner-nominees to Imo assembly

Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo has submitted a list of 17 commissioner-nominees to the state house of assembly for screening, following the dissolution of the State Executive Council six months ago.
In a statement released on Monday, Mr Uzodinma said “The names of the nominees were contained in a letter which Governor Uzodimma transmitted to the Assembly on Monday, November 22, through the office of the Speaker, Kennedy Ibe.”
The nominees are Duru Chukwuma, Prosper Chinonso, Ifunanya Okorodudu, C. O. Nwosu, Keziechi Ogaziechi, Rex Anunobi, Love Ineh, Rubby Emele, Simon Ebegbulem and Elias Emedom.
Others are Anukwuem Chukwunyere, Ford Ozurumba; Stanley Obidiegwu; Goodluck Opiah, a former member of the Federal House of Representatives; Ann Dozie; Kenneth Amaeshi and Rabbi Ibrahim.
