Dean Smith to become Norwich City head coach

Dean Smith is undergoing the final round of discussions and paperwork with Norwich City to replace Daniel Farke as the new head coach.
Mr Farke was relieved of his duty last Saturday and an announcement of the new head is expected to be made between Sunday or Monday according to BBC sports.
Former Chelsea boss, Frank Lampard, had withdrawn his interest in the position.
Mr Smith, who formerly led Aston Villa, is expected to resume with his assistant, Craig Shakespeare.
Norwich City is at the bottom of the premier league table having gotten only five points from eleven games.
Their next premier league game is on November 20, at home against Southampton.
